Rules are Rules, but are they right?
August 22, 2008I’m very happy if I got out of the company (resign or end my contract I mean). But do you think rules can still be implemented even if you are out of the company?
Well I would like to share my friend’s experience about a company who still enforce rules even if youare out of the office. Those rules are:
- You are not allowed to join ex-employees even in parties and celebrations.
- You are not allowed to talk to an ex-employee even in chats.
- You are not allowed to do freelance even after office hours.
- You are not allowed to apply to other companies with the same line of business after 30 days of your departure from company.
Well, I think it is bad to have your employees/former employees to order some nonsense rules because, your out of the organization, right?

I just found out that they are not paying my tax and sss when I was still working with them.

In order to cover their crimes, they use their employees mostly the fresh graduates which they hire immediately and serve as their SEOs. Making positive blogs which targets the protests of former employees, telling that they are a bunch of liars just to trick those job seekers.
For the job seekers especially to the FRESH GRAUATES, this blog made by a.k.a Alimuom won’t be created without a reason. Meaning, the posts in here are just the truth. StratVisions won’t fight back in that manner if they haven’t done anything wrong.

I am not saying this just because I am pessimistic but the reality is that, we have no power within the authority. We have no connections and also we haven’t got the right amount to pay the authority. That’s the true meaning of justice in this country.
