SSS - walang hulog, benefits, wala rin..rules…yeah rules they are rules, but hey man, have some consideration…your staff tried his/her best JUST to come in your company.

When I read the whole comment., although nagtatawanan kami ng sister ko., I felt sympathy to those who were working there., ung mga nakita ko knina grabe sobrng totoo lhat to, kaya pala ang panget ng aura ng lugar grabe.. and when I read this blog nag text brigade na ko sa mga nirefer ko, dont dare to set a foot in that company..

Actually guys, their so-called “contracts” can be voided anytime you want to. First of all, they are not that professional and certified like other companies that offer higher salary yet no bonds or any other conditions to deal with. The best thing you can do is that on your first day on netpros, versomina, mytuscany, stratvisions, teamcreatives, and verisoft, ready yourself to go AWOL and look for another job

I would also like to tell other employees of that company that if they are to resign, just resign, pay them the bond and move on.

1 and a half year stay is a punishment, as well as the rules where employees are entitled to take a break 30 mins a day, and the worst part is, you cannot do any fun stuff in that company because of the rules. That is the reason why 90% of the ex-employees leave without paying the bond and leave as early as possible.

i worked there for at least 2 months last year and that’s the first company where i learned about SEO at kahit papaano meron akong natutunan sa kanila..

and since i only worked there for a short period of time, i have no problems with the task/work load given to me and some people that i worked with..and since i was desperate to have a work by that time i grab the opportunity to work there..ang ayaw ko lang dun e ung: low salary (9k/month), cash bond (maliit lng ung sweldo mo babawasan pa nila), stupid rules, break time (15 minutes-dashift and 30 minutes-mid/night shift),

oh well, wala na ko dun ngaun and ang saya saya ko na wala ng ko dun..buti na lng na i was forced/voluntary (basta pinagresign nila ako imbis na iterminate) to resign there after 2 months..hehehehe..im free from them now..buti n lng nakuha ko na sa kanila ung last/final pay ko..

I have actually served them with dedication and in return I was given promotions. It was just that my contract expired and they have searched for holes and now they are charging me for major offenses. They really play dirty tactics.

Finding the TRUTH about their SCAM means involving yourself and taking up your own CROSS to the path of HELL.

Consider the RATIO if you are trying to BALANCE everything. It’s just like 90:10, whereas as 10 is the little number of the loyal dogs in StratVisions and the 90 figure is the major number of the people who would say the TRUTH and nothing BUT the TRUTH against the TYRANT, SCAMMER, ABUSIVE.

I am never a mere employee in that company, I am good AND yet I’ve been treated like nobody. With 13 salary (similar to fastfood crew salary) for 16months and an offering of 18k for a supervisory position (too low, 18k is an entry level salary), a proof that I’ve been cheated by the under wage salary. Without a single BENEFIT (without ‘S’).

Compare the company rules IF they conform to the Philippine’s CODE OF LABOR (http://www.dole.gov.ph/labor_codes.php).

The 5% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL PAY given by STRATVISIONS doesn’t even conform with the CODE OF LABOR’s minimum of 10%.
